Pros who have more than 20 photos see almost 20% higher lead conversion than those who only have 1, so let's get those photos added!
The number of photos you can upload is unlimited, but we typically suggest limiting the amount to between 20 and 50.
The minimum number of images required for your specific category is noted on your Pro Playbook checklist and during Onboarding.
Here's how you can easily add photos to your Storefront:
- Log in to your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- To add and remove photos on The Knot
- To add and remove photos on WeddingWire

To Add Photos On The Knot:
- Click on ‘The Knot’ tab at the top of the page.
- Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
- Click the 'Photos & Videos' tab on the left navigation.
- Click the ‘Add Photos’ button.
- Do not navigate away from this page during the upload!
- Select the photos you want to upload, and choose whether you want to add these images to the front or back of your storefront gallery.
- Click ‘Done’ to complete the image upload.
- Once uploaded, you can select and drag photos to reorder them.

To Remove Photos From Your The Knot Storefront:
- Hover over the photo you want to delete, and click 'X Remove'.
- Click ‘Save’.
To Adjust the Focal Point of a Storefront Photo on The Knot:
Defining the focal point of a photo allows us to make better cropping decisions when the image is resized for your storefront gallery.
- To adjust the focal point of:
- Your Listing Photo: click ‘Adjust Focal Point’ within the Listing Photo section of the page.
- Any Photo In Your Gallery: hover over an image within the Storefront Preview section of the page and click ‘Adjust focal point’.
- Within the pop-up, drag the circle to select the area you want to remain visible when the image is resized.
- Click ‘Apply’ to save.
- Preview what the resized image looks like in your Storefront gallery within the ‘Storefront Preview’ section of the page.

To Add Photos On WeddingWire:
- Click on the ‘WeddingWire’ tab at the top of the page.
- Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
- On the left-hand side menu, click ‘Photos’.
- Click the ‘Add Photos’ button, or drag and drop the files to the photo icon in the center of the upload box (surrounded by the dotted line).
- A box for each photo you’re uploading will then appear below the uploader, with a progress bar to show the upload progress.
- Do not navigate away from this page during the upload!
- Once the photos have finished uploading, you’ll need to add a description for each one. Photo descriptions can contain 5-30 characters (including spaces).
- Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Once uploaded, you can select and drag photos to reorder them.
- Click here for instructions on how to designate a photo you’ve uploaded as the Main Image.
To Remove Photos From Your WeddingWire Storefront:
- Locate the photo you want to delete, and click the trash can icon under its thumbnail.
- Click ‘Save’.
