How Do I Add Deals To My Storefront?

As a paid vendor on The Knot and WeddingWire, you can post exclusive deals on your Storefronts to stand out and drive more inquiries and bookings.

Posting a deal helps you:

  • Increase visibility on both The Knot and WeddingWire.
  • Incentivize couples to choose you over other vendors.
  • Communicate a unique value that encourages faster decision-making.

What types of Deals can I post?

You can choose from four types of deals, designed to help you appeal to different couples:

  • Exclusive discount: A fixed percentage discount available only to The Knot and WeddingWire couples. The limit is one per vendor.
  • Custom discount: A specific percentage discount on particular services or products.
  • Offer: A promotion that shows both the original and the discounted price, allowing couples to clearly see the savings.
  • Gifts: A special complimentary gift when couples book with you.

Best Practice:  Clearly define the value of your deal by including exact percentages, price reductions or gift details. Generic promotions like "big sale" without specifics won’t perform well and aren't eligible.

How do I add a Deal?

  • Log in to your WeddingPro account. 
  • Click on the ‘Pricing & Deals’ tab in the top navigation.
  • Scroll to the ‘Deals’ section and click ‘Add a Deal’.
  • Choose your deal type and fill out all the required details.
  • Click ‘Create Deal’ to save.

Once added, your deal is automatically visible on both The Knot and WeddingWire Storefronts, giving you double the exposure!

How do I edit, remove or hide a Deal?

  • Log in to your WeddingPro account. 
  • Navigate to the ‘Pricing & Deals’ tab.
  • Locate the deal you want to update.
  • Click the ‘three dots (...) on the bottom right of the deal:
    • Edit: Select ‘Review and Edit’ to make changes.
    • Remove: Select ‘Delete’ to permanently remove the deal.
    • Hide: Select ‘Hide from Storefront(s)’ to remove it from public view without deleting.
