We've introduced an AI-powered response assistant on the WeddingPro iOS app (currently in beta). The assistant acts as a drafting partner, helping you instantly generate polished, professional replies to inquiries.
Generating a draft
When you open a lead in the WeddingPro app, you'll see an option to generate a response. Tapping this will generate a suggested reply based on the couple's inquiry, their event details, and information you have stored in your Quick reply and Inbox Automation (Auto-reply and Auto follow-up) templates. If you've already entered a first draft into the message field, tapping the generate button will refine what you've written.
If you don't like the draft the AI provided, you can tap the button to regenerate, or simply delete it and write your own from scratch.
Customizing a draft
After generating a draft you'd like to use, you can place it directly into the message field to begin customizing it. From there, the response is entirely yours to refine; you can adjust the tone to better reflect your brand, include additional details, or add attachments. It is also the perfect time to verify that all information is factually accurate.
Remember, the assistant will never send anything on its own; a message is only delivered once you manually press the send button. We also encourage you to provide feedback on the helpfulness of each draft, as this input helps WeddingPro improve the model for the future.
