WeddingWire: Your Ultimate Guide to Using the WeddingPro Android App

Welcome to the WeddingPro app! Now it’s easier than ever to access the business-building features you love (plus new ones!) wherever you are. Respond to sales leads, customize your Storefronts, request and respond to reviews and track your performance metrics all from your smartphone.

Ready to get started? Here’s our guide to using the app:

Congrats–you’ve downloaded the app and are one step closer to managing your business from the palm of your hand! 

  • Log in using your WeddingPro credentials.
  • Once you open the app, you’ll land on a page where you can select which brand you’d like to start with every time you open the app. 
    • If you only have an account on WeddingWire, just click on ‘WeddingWire’ and you’ll be on your way.
    • Have accounts on both The Knot and WeddingWire? Use our toggle, located at the top-left corner, to switch between accounts on both brands!

Once you’re in, you’ll see five tabs on the bottom menu bar:

  1. Home Tab
  • View your analytics over the last 12 months, including leads received, unread messages, reviews, average response time in the last 3 months, Storefront visits and phone number views. You can also navigate to the ‘Leads’, ‘Reviews’, and ‘More tabs.
  • View your recent messages and navigate to the ‘Leads tab to reply to couples and form connections faster.
  • Check out your three most recent reviews and head to the ‘Reviews tab to reply to them!
  1. Storefront Tab
  • Use the ‘Storefront tab to add information about your services to help attract engaged couples. Don’t forget to hit ‘Save changes’ when you make updates!
  • Add your business description, business attributes and contact information in the ‘Business Details’ subtab. 
  • Add your business address in the ‘Location and Map’ subtab.
  • Add important information about your offerings, amenities, pricing and more in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ subtab.
  • Have special discounts for couples who find and book you on WeddingWire? Add them in the ‘Deals’ subtab.
  • Want to promote an upcoming event to potential clients? Add it in the ‘Events subtab.

*You are unable to upload photos or videos via the app. You will need to log into your account from a computer.

  1. Leads Tab
  • Quickly respond to clients and easily manage leads by staying organized and on top of client conversations.
    • To reply to couples:
      • Tap the desired message thread.
      • Type your reply and tap the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of the screen.
    • To organize messages by status, you can choose from Pending, Replied, Booked or Discarded. You can also mark a message as Unread, Read, or Archived.
    • Filter messages by keyword, date, or status (Pending, Replied, Booked or Discarded). Or, filter by Unread, Read or Archived messages.
    • Scroll to the top of a message thread to learn more about your potential clients’ wedding details.
    • Create and use Quick Reply templates to get the conversation rolling.
    • Attach files to messages.
    • Forward a lead to another email address.
    • Add a note to a conversation. (This is just for you, couples won’t see it!)
  1. Reviews Tab
  • Show off your stellar reputation by collecting reviews from past clients!
    • Request Reviews - 
      • Tap the blue 'Request reviews' button at the top of the screen
      • Fill out the form and email couples directly from your account
        • To save your message as a template, ensure the 'Save as template' box is checked before sending
      • You can also access your personalized review URL to send directly to couples by scrolling to the bottom of the page
    • Choose the review you want to highlight, then pin it to the top of your reviews!
    • Respond directly to client reviews - we’ll make sure they appear on your Storefront.
      • Tap the blue 'Reply' text that appears under the review
      • Type your response and tap the blue 'Reply' button to publish.
    • Share a review -
      • Tap the arrow that appears at the bottom right-hand corner of the review you would like to share.
      • Tap the Facebook or Twitter icon to share accordingly
    • Flag reviews that you feel do not represent your experience with a client.
  1. More Tab
  • Have an account on The Knot? You can switch to it here!
  • Head to the ‘Analytics’ subtab to monitor your performance and view your Storefront visits, leads, and phone number views. Choose whether to see these over the last 12 months, or within a specific year!
  • Uplevel your entrepreneurial knowledge by visiting our WeddingPro Blog.
  • Find important documents like our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement.
  • Have a question? Visit our Help Center for quick answers and guidance!
  • Log out.

Enable and Disable WeddingPro App Notifications

  • Push notifications will be automatically enabled once you download the Android version of the WeddingPro app (if you don’t already have the WeddingWire for Pros app). 
  • If you’re updating your WeddingWire for Pros app to the new WeddingPro app, make sure your push notifications are on, as the previously selected settings will carry over.

To disable push notifications on the Android app:

  • Go to your phone’s Settings.
  • Tap 'Notifications.
  • Locate WeddingPro app notifications and make desired updates.
