Welcome to the WeddingPro app! Now it’s easier than ever to access the business-building features you love (plus new ones), wherever you are. Respond to sales leads, customize your Storefronts, request and respond to reviews and track your performance metrics, all from your smartphone.

Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
Congrats–you’ve downloaded the app and are one step closer to managing your business from the palm of your hand.
- Log in using your WeddingPro credentials.
- Once in the app, you can select which brand you’d like to start with every time you open the app
- If you only have an account on The Knot, just click on ‘The Knot’ and you’ll be on your way.
- Have accounts on both The Knot and WeddingWire? Use our toggle, located at the top-left corner, to switch between your accounts on both brands.
Once You’re In, You’ll See Five Tabs In the Bottom Menu Bar
- Home Tab
- View your unread leads and see how many leads you’ve received in the past 6 months.
- You can navigate to the Leads tab from the Home tab to manage and respond to your leads.
- View your unique visitors, clickthroughs and Storefront saves over the past 6 months
- You can also navigate to the Analytics section from the Home tab for more insights.
- If you have multiple Storefronts on The Knot, click on ‘Change Storefront’ to access the desired Storefront.
- Storefront Tab
- Add information about your services to help attract engaged couples.
- Add and edit photos and videos in the ‘Photos’ and ‘Videos’ subtab.
- Add your Storefront headline and business description in the ‘Business Details’ subtab.
- Add important information about your offerings, amenities, pricing and more in the ‘Products and Services’ subtab.
- Add your website URL, email address, phone number and business address in the ‘Contact Info’ subtab.
- Add your Facebook page URL, X (Twitter) username, Instagram username, and Pinterest username in the ‘Social Media Links’ subtab.
- Tell couples about yourself (or your main contact representative) by adding a photo, name, role and bio in the ‘Personal Bio’ subtab.
- Add and update your logo image in the Logo subtab.
- Upload a Pricing PDF in the ‘Pricing’ subtab to help couples better understand your value and pre-qualify themselves before reaching out.
- Grab badges in the ‘For Your Website’ subtab that you can post on your Storefront, website and social media to let couples know you’re a partner on The Knot.
- Leads Tab
- Quickly and easily manage leads and respond to clients by staying organized and on top of client conversations.

To send messages and reply to couples, you:
- Tap the desired message thread.
- Type your reply and click the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- Organize messages by status: Booked, Flagged or Archived.
- Filter messages by keyword or status: Booked, Flagged or Archived.
- Sort messages by: Recent Activity, Wedding Date, Inquiry Date, First Name or Last Name.
- Scroll to the top of a message thread or click on ‘Couple Info’ to learn more about your potential clients’ wedding details.
- Use Quick Reply templates to get the conversation rolling.
- Attach files to messages.

To send messages and reply to couples, you:
- Reviews Tab
- Show off your stellar reputation by collecting reviews from past clients!

To request reviews:
- Tap the 'Get More Reviews' button at the top of the screen.
- Send couples the customized link at the top of the screen, or fill out the form and email them directly from your account.
- Choose the review you want to highlight, then pin it to the top of your reviews!

To respond directly to client reviews:
- Select the review you want to reply to, then tap the ‘Reply' button
- Type your response and tap the 'Post' button to publish
- We’ll make sure they appear on your Storefront.

To edit/remove a review response, you:
- Select the review you want to reply to, then tap the ‘Edit Reply' button.
- Type your response and tap the ‘Update’ button.
- If you’d like to delete an existing response, tap the ‘Delete’ button
- Dispute reviews that violate our Review Policies.

To request reviews:
- More Tab
- Use the ‘More’ tab to switch between your The Knot and WeddingWire accounts.
- Head to the ‘Analytics’ subtab to monitor your performance and see your Views, Engagement, Leads and Visitor Activity Log.
- Uplevel your entrepreneurial knowledge by visiting our WeddingPro Blog.
- Find important documents like our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.
- Have a question? Visit our Help Center for quick answers and guidance!
- Log out.
Enable and Disable WeddingPro App Notifications
- Push notifications will be automatically enabled when you download the Android version of the WeddingPro app (if you don’t already have the WeddingWire for Pros app).
- If you’re updating your WeddingWire for Pros app to the new WeddingPro app, make sure your push notifications are on, as the previously selected settings will carry over.
To Disable Push Notifications On the Android App
- Go to your phone’s Settings.
- Tap 'Notifications'.
- Locate WeddingPro app notifications and make the desired changes.
