You'll need to have the following information in order to get started:
- Your business registration details (company name, address and contact details).
- At least 5-20 high-quality photos and one video (requirements are specific to your business type, so see the instructions in the wizard for the exact number of each required).
- Your baseline pricing structure and estimated average client spend.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Part 1: Initial Billing & Account Setup

Navigate to Billing Settings:
- Log in to your account, go to the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard, click your profile icon, and select Account > Billing.

Accept Quote Terms:
- Review the vendor quotation and terms of service, then click the Accept Terms checkbox to proceed.

Complete Billing Information:
- Fill out your payment method details and billing address, then click Save & Next.

Agree to Community Guidelines:
- Read through the Community Agreement and welcome screen, then click I Agree & Enter Onboarding to launch the Wizard.
Part 2: Completing the Onboarding Setup

Fill Out Your Contact Info:
- Enter your basic company details, including company name, business email, contact person, physical address, website URL and social media links.

- The Knot: Fill in the URL of your Facebook Page, and username for Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.
- WeddingWire: Fill in the full social media URL (ie: https://www.instagram.com/yourusername/).
- Enter your basic company details, including company name, business email, contact person, physical address, website URL and social media links.

- Add details about your business history, size and unique qualities.

Provide Business Information
- Enter a brief description of your services that differs from the one currently on your own website or social media pages, to avoid any potential SEO conflicts.

Set Up Your FAQs:
- Answer the pre-populated frequently asked questions to make better matches with potential couples.

Upload Media:
- Upload high-quality photos and videos of your past work to showcase your business.

Configure Pricing Info:
- Provide your starting price, the average amount couples usually spend and package details for your services.

Troubleshooting Tips

Wizard is frozen or won't let you click "Next":
- Ensure all mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk *) are filled out and that your uploaded images are not larger than the file size limit.
- Try clearing your browser cache or switching to Google Chrome.

Locked out of the Inbox, Insights, or other paid features:
