Not Receiving Emails

Confirmation Email

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email clients may filter it there. Your confirmation email should be sent from pros@weddingpro.com.
    • If you click on the link to confirm your account and get an error page, or the link is not clickable, this may be because some email clients break up the confirmation link in the automated confirmation email.
    • Try copying and pasting all of the link text into your browser window. This should enable you to confirm your account.
  • If you deleted your confirmation email by mistake, check your Trash folder to recover it immediately.

To ensure that you are receiving all emails relating to The Knot and/or WeddingWire, add the following email addresses to your own contact list:

WeddingPro:

  • pros@weddingpro.com

The Knot:

  • postmaster@partner.theknot.com
  • @member.theknot.com
  • @partner.theknot.com

WeddingWire:

  • messages@weddingwire.com
  • pros@weddingwire.com
  • no-reply@weddingwire.com
  • email@emailsweddingwire.com

Whitelisting these addresses by adding them to your contacts signals to your email provider that they are trusted senders. You can also whitelist these domains in your email settings by marking the email addresses as “safe” or “not spam,” depending on your email provider.
