Uploading and Editing Videos On Your Storefront

To Add a Video To Your Storefront:

• Log in to your WeddingPro account.
• Click on ‘The Knot’ tab at the top of the page to add videos to your Storefront on The Knot.
• Click on the ‘WeddingWire’ tab at the top of the page to add videos to your Storefront on WeddingWire.

To Add Videos On The Knot:

• Click on ‘The Knot’ tab at the top of the page.
• Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
• Click the 'Photos & Videos' tab on the left navigation.
• Click the ‘Add Videos’ button.
  • Do not navigate away from this page during the upload!
• A pop-up will open up to allow you to upload videos in one of two ways:
  • ‘Upload Video’ allows you to choose a video file from your computer or drag and drop a video.
    • Supported formats: AVI, FLV, MOV and MP4
    • Max file size: 500mb
  • ‘Add by URL’ gives you the option to add a video from YouTube or Vimeo by copying the URL from your browser and pasting it into the text box.
    • Click on ‘Preview’ to review the video before saving it.
• Click ‘Save’.
• To change the video order, you can select and drag videos to reorder them.

To Add Videos On WeddingWire:

• Click on the ‘WeddingWire’ tab at the top of the page.
• Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
• Click the 'Videos' tab on the left navigation.
• Click the ‘Add Video’ button.
  • Do not navigate away from this page during the upload!
• A pop-up will open up to allow you to upload videos in one of two ways:
  • ‘Video URL’ gives you the option to add a video from YouTube or Vimeo by copying the URL from your browser and pasting it into the text box.
  • ‘Upload a file from your computer’ allows you to choose a video file from your computer or drag and drop a video.
    • Supported formats: AVI, FLV, MOV and MP4
    • Max file size: 500mb
• Add a title and description for your video. 
• Click ‘Add Video’.
• To change the video order, you can select and drag videos to reorder them.

To Edit a Video On WeddingWire:

• Locate the video you want to edit, and click the ‘Edit’ button in its tile.
• An ‘Edit Video’ pop-up will appear:
  • Edit the video title and description as required.
• Click ‘Edit Video’ to save changes.
