1. How do I view my leads/inquiries/messages?

To view your leads and messages, navigate to your WeddingPro account to access your WeddingPro Dashboard. Then, navigate to the Inbox tab.

You can also access your inboxes for your individual The Knot and WeddingWire dashboards by selecting ‘Leads’ (The Knot) or ‘Messages’ (WeddingWire).

2. How do I respond to leads/inquiries/messages?

To respond to leads and messages, access your WeddingPro account to access your WeddingPro Dashboard.

Click on the ‘Inbox’ tab and then select the lead you wish to reply to from the list on the left-hand side of the screen. 

A text box will then appear at the bottom of the screen. Type your response and add any relevant attachments, then click ‘Reply’.

3. How do I create Quick Replies and use Smart Fields?

To create Quick Replies and use the Smart Fields feature, go to WeddingPro and access your WeddingPro Dashboard, then click on the ‘Inbox’ tab’.

Click on ‘Quick replies’, which you will find located underneath the text box at the bottom of your inbox, then select ‘+Create New’. 

A pop-up will then appear that will enable you to create a Quick Reply message template that includes Smart Fields that will auto-populate details, such as names and the couple’s wedding date.  

4. How do I delete/remove a lead? 

To remove/delete a lead, go to your WeddingPro account and access your WeddingPro Dashboard, then click on the ‘Inbox’ tab. 

On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and select the lead you would like to archive, then click on the ‘Archive’ icon , located at the top of the center panel. 

To restore an archived lead to your inbox, click on the arrow beside Inbox at the top left-hand side of the page, select ‘Archived’, then locate the relevant message and click on the ‘Move to Inbox’ icon

5. How do I mark a couple as ‘Booked’?

To mark a couple as “Booked”, go to your WeddingPro account and access your WeddingPro Dashboard, then navigate to the Inbox section and click on ‘Respond to Leads.

On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and select the message from the couple you would like to mark as booked, then click on the ‘Mark as Booked’ button in the center panel.  

6. How do I use auto-replies? 

Auto-replies let you respond to couples even when you’re busy working behind the scenes! To use the Auto-reply feature, go to your WeddingPro account and access your WeddingPro Dashboard, then click on the ‘Inbox’ tab.

On the left-hand side of the screen, click on ‘Automations’. Under ‘Auto-reply’, click on ‘Edit’, then write your message in the text field and add any Smart Fields you wish to include. Then switch the toggle button from ‘Off’ to ‘On’ and click ‘Save’.

7. How do I use Auto Follow-Ups?

Don't let unresponsive leads slip away. Set up Auto follow-ups to turn your Quick Reply messages into a series of follow-ups you can schedule to automatically send to couples, helping keep the conversation moving forward.

On the left-hand side of the screen, click on ‘Automations’. Under ‘Auto Follow-Ups’, click on ‘Begin setup’. Follow the instructions to create your desired text for each follow-up email, then switch the Auto Follow-up toggle at the top of the screen to ‘On’.

8. What are the purple labels/tags next to some of my leads?

The purple labels/tags next to some of your leads are calledLead Tags”. Lead Tags provide insights into how couples interact with your Storefront(s) and other vendors on our sites, and you can use this information to prioritize certain leads and tailor your replies. 

9. How do I report spam or a scam?

To mark a lead as spam or a scam from your inbox, click on the sender’s name to open the message thread, then click on ‘Report & block’ at the bottom of the sender’s information panel, located on the right-hand side of the screen; or you can click on the warning icon next to the Mark as Booked button above the conversation thread.
