7. Why can’t I log in to my account?
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in and managing your account, we recommend that you check the following things:
- Confirm you are using the correct browser and that it is updated to its latest version.
- Clear your cache, cookies and browsing history.
- If issues persist, contact our Support Team at support@weddingpro.com with the following information:
- Screenshots of any error messages you are seeing
- The browser you are using (and its version, if possible)
- Whether you are experiencing this issue on a specific device or operating system.
8. What Internet Browsers Are Compatible with The Knot and WeddingWire?
The Knot and WeddingWire work best with the latest version of Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Our sites are not fully compatible with the AOL, Netscape, Safari or early version Internet Explorer web browsers.
9. Why Am I Not Receiving Emails from The Knot and WeddingWire?
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk email box, as some email clients filter the confirmation email into this box. The email should be sent from pros@weddingpro.com.
