1. How do I create a vendor account? How do I advertise on The Knot and WeddingWire?

If you are interested in advertising on The Knot & WeddingWire, please visit WeddingPro and fill out the short form with your information. Our team will reach out to you when we receive your request.

2. What are the service categories on The Knot and WeddingWire?

Our marketplaces offer a wide range of categories, so you can be sure there will be one to suit your business.

3. How are region locations decided?

The Knot and WeddingWire have 115 marketplace regions; regions typically comprise the area within a 50-mile radius of a major city, though some regions are a little bigger or smaller. You will be placed in the region covering your business address.

4. How can I advertise in multiple regions?

To discuss advertising in multiple regions, email us at support@weddingpro.com. Alternatively, you can call us at 800-843-4983 and press ‘Prompt 1’.

5. How do I update/reset my password?

You can update or reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ on the WeddingPro login page. We’ll send you a link to reset your password; if it hasn’t landed in your inbox within a few hours, be sure to check your spam folder!

6. How do I manage users on my WeddingPro account?

To add or remove a user from your WeddingPro account, email our Support Team at support@weddingpro.com. To avoid any unnecessary delays, be sure to include your name, login email and contact number, the full name of the user you wish to add or remove and their email address and contact number.

7. How do I update my business address and contact details on The Knot and WeddingWire?

To update your business address and contact details, including website, phone number, go to WeddingPro to log in to your WeddingPro account. Click on either ‘The Knot’ or ‘WeddingWire’ at the top of the page, then navigate to the ‘Storefront’ tab.

For The Knot, click on the ‘Contact Info’ sidebar menu to update your details. 

For WeddingWire, click on the ‘Business Information’ and ‘Location and Map’ sidebar menu options.

8. Why can't my address be mapped on my storefront?

If your address is not being mapped properly, please keep in mind that Google maintains two mapping databases, one for Google Maps and the other for the external program that offers to companies like The Knot and WeddingWire, which might lead to discrepancies.

This Google map application is updated periodically. As Google updates its application, we receive these updates and use them to update this tool.  

9. How do I update the business name on my account?

To change your business name, simply send an email to support@weddingpro.com and include the following information:

  • Current/Listed Business Name
  • Requested New Business Name
  • Updated Link(s) to Website and/or Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.) reflecting the new business name

Please note: the new business name must be clearly displayed on your website or social media for approval. Any previous websites or social accounts showing the old business name must be updated, redirected, or removed prior to approval.
