WeddingWire Analytics

Analytics allow WeddingWire members to track certain activity and then use this information to grow their online presence.

How to View Analytics

  • Log in to your WeddingPro account.
  • Click on the ‘WeddingWire’ tab at the top of the page.
  • The Analytics section is on the homepage.

What is included in the Analytics data?

The Analytics tool is divided into four different sections. You can toggle between these four sections on the left side of the Stats page to see all the different information displayed.

  • Storefront visits: The number of visits to your Storefront and average performance by listing type for competitors in your region per month.
  • Leads received: The monthly leads/inquiries you received on WeddingWire.
  • Phone number views (Premium vendors only): The number of clicks to view your phone number on your WeddingWire Storefront.
  • Website clicks (Premium vendors only): The number of clicks to view your website URL.

Click into each Analytics category to see the corresponding graph. You can also hover your cursor over specific data points to see the exact value.

How to Read Your 'Leads' Stats

WeddingWire Leads stats not only track the number of leads in one place, but also display which traffic sources your leads are coming from, showing you which performs best for your account.

What data are we tracking?

This section displays monthly leads to your Storefront, updated on a daily basis.

  • A lead is defined as when a visitor to your Storefront reaches out to you via phone or email to inquire about your products or services.

The most recent data (up to 12 months) for your Leads will be presented so that you can compare month over month. You can see previous years, if applicable, by using the drop-down menu at the top, right of the graphs.

Each graph shows the cumulative monthly data with a one-week lag. This means that at the beginning of each week, the previous week’s data will become available.
