How Do I Update the Filters On My Storefront?

All categories across The Knot and WeddingWire have search filters that make it easy for couples to narrow down their results to what they are specifically looking for. Make sure your Storefront appears in the right searches by keeping your information accurate and up to date.

To Update Your Filters On The Knot

  • Log in to your WeddingPro account.
  • Click on ‘The Knot’ tab at the top of the page.
  • Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
  • Click the 'Products and Services' tab on the left navigation.
  • Select all the filters that are applicable to your business.
    • Be sure to select ‘None of these apply’ where relevant.

  • Log in to your WeddingPro account. 
  • Click on the ‘WeddingWire’ tab at the top of the page.
  • Select the 'Storefront' tab from the top toolbar.
  • Click the 'Frequently Asked Questions' tab on the left navigation.
  • Select all the filters that are applicable to your business.
    • Be sure to select ‘None of these apply’ where relevant.

At The Knot Worldwide, we are committed to awareness, advocacy, education, partnerships and the willingness to be uncomfortable in the interest of promoting lasting, positive change to combat social injustice and inequity.

Today's couples are among the most diverse, multicultural generation ever, and they're passionate about allyship and representation. With the help of our DE&I filters, they can more easily discover and connect with underrepresented pros during their wedding planning journey.

These filters, like our other filters, will allow couples to narrow down their search based on features that are important to them. With this filter, we are not taking away exposure from your current listing or any other business. Couples searching within our directory will see all businesses by default—including yours!—with priority exposure given to paying advertisers. 

How can I request to add an underrepresented group within the filters? 

DE&I efforts are a high priority for us at WeddingPro, and this is just the beginning. We want to amplify underrepresented groups and have started with these current filters, but we know that feedback from both couples and pros is very helpful for future iterations. If you have a request to add a new filter, please contact us directly at support@weddingpro.com, and we are happy to pass along your feedback!

How do I add these filters to my Storefront? 

  • Log in to your account at WeddingPro.com/login.
  • Navigate to your ‘The Knot’ or ‘WeddingWire’ dashboard.
  • Click on the ‘Storefront’ tab at the top of the page.
  • Click on the ‘Products and Services’ (The Knot) or ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ (WeddingWire) tab on the left side.
  • Select the filters that apply.
