Whether you have a storefront listing on WeddingWire, The Knot or both, WeddingPro’s unified Billing Portal is where you’ll find all of your contract details and billing information, as well as your invoices, transaction history and stored payment methods.
Accessing the Billing Portal
- To access the Billing Portal, go to WeddingPro and click on your company name in the top-right corner of your WeddingPro Dashboard. Select ‘Billing’ from the dropdown menu.
Billing Portal Sidebar Menu Options
- Contracts: view and manage your contracts
- Invoices: view and download/print your invoices
- Transaction History: view transaction history, as well as open and overdue balances
- Payment Methods: add and update payment methods
- Billing Information: update your billing address and email
