Whether you’ve changed address or just need to update your business website and email, WeddingPro makes it easy to update your contact information on your WeddingWire and The Knot storefronts so that couples can get in touch!!
Please note that although you can modify the city, state, and zip code fields on your storefront, this will not change the city/region your storefront appears in on the website. Please also contact our team at support@weddingpro.com if you need to update this information.
Access your WeddingPro dashboard
- To get started, go to www.WeddingPro.com to log in to your WeddingPro account and access your WeddingPro, WeddingWire, and The Knot dashboards.
Updating your address and contact information on The Knot
- Click on ‘The Knot’ on the top-left corner of the page.
- Click on the ‘Storefront’ tab.
- Click on ‘Contact Info’ in the sidebar menu to update your contact details and business website URL.
Updating your address and contact information on WeddingWire
- Click on ‘‘WeddingWire’ in the top-left corner of the page.
- Click on the ‘Storefront’ tab.
- Click on ‘Business Information’ in the sidebar menu to update your email, phone number, and business website.

Click on ‘Location and Map’ in the sidebar menu to update your business address.
- If your address is not being mapped properly, please keep in mind that Google maintains two mapping databases, one for Google Maps and the other for the external program that offers to companies like The Knot and WeddingWire, which might lead to discrepancies.
- This Google map application is updated periodically. As Google updates its application, we receive these updates and use them to update this tool.
Updating your city and region on The Knot and WeddingWire
- If you have changed address and need to update your city/region, please email our Support Team at support@weddingpro.com.
- Please be sure to include your new street address, city, state, and zip code.
